With the construction of the Flexenbahn, Ski Arlberg came full circle in 2016. Together with the Trittkopfbahnen cable cars, it allowed for a complete fusion and unification of the ski resort.
Connection
between Stuben/Rauz and Zürs
Via St. Anton – St. Christoph – Stuben, you can easily reach Lech - Oberlech - Zürs. To do so, you take the downhill run from Schindler Spitze to the valley station of Flexenbahn. This connecting-gondola takes you to Lech Zürs ski resort, from where you can than also reach Warth-Schröcken ski resort with the Auenfeldjet. Conversely, winter sports enthusiasts can get from Warth-Schröcken to Lech - Oberlech - Zürs and then St. Anton – St. Christoph –Stuben.
With the Flexenbahn, another milestone was achieved: the longest ski circuit on Arlberg, the "RUN of FAME". A total of 85 kilometres of downhill skiing and an unbelievable 18,000 metres of difference in altitude must be mastered on the longest ski circuit in the Alps – from Rendl via St. Anton, Zürs and Lech to Warth-Schröcken. If you like, you can also ski the circuit in the opposite direction.
