A competent service and advice team is available to winter sports enthusiasts at the ski pass ticket offices. The opening hours of the ski pass cash desks may vary depending on the season.
In addition, numerous ticket machines enable contactless and unlimited ski pass purchases. At the pick-up boxes in the ski area, ski passes purchased online can also be collected without contact and for an unlimited period of time. Undamaged Ski Arlberg chip cards can be returned to the chip card return machines and the deposit fee will be refunded.
