With a lot of fun, plenty of speed and resounding laughter, the sledging runs lead you down to Warth-Schröcken. Whether it’s on the one-kilometre sledging run right in the centre of Warth or on the "Von der Höhi" sledging run – you’re bound to rejoice! In Schröcken, a two-kilometre run from Nesslegg to Heimboden awaits all off-piste fans.

Sledging at Dorfbahn Warth
Comfortable, convenient, and scenic: The cable cars of the Dorfbahn take you up the mountain in Warth. As soon as you arrive at the top, you’re already on your way back down the valley on a sledge. Ascents by cable car are possible either with a valid ski pass, a toboggan ticket, or a single ticket.
Ticket tip
During the daytime, using the cable cars is free of charge for pedestrians and sledging enthusiasts with a valid ski ticket. Special nighttime sledging tickets are available at the valley station.
Nighttime sledging at the Dorfbahn
Fun for night owls: Several times a week, you can enjoy a special kind of thrill while nighttime sledging on a floodlit run. The speedy ride through the night under starlit skies is certainly a unique experience. Rental sledges are available right on site. Good to know: Only sledging tickets are accepted during evening operation
“Von der Höhi“ sledging run
A one-kilometre run in Warth has sledging enthusiasts flock to Warth-Schröcken ski resort. It is called "von der Höhi", and it’s located at the end of the village of Warth, which makes it easy to reach on foot. Twice a week, winter fans have the opportunity to experience an entertaining sledging evening. What’s more: Even the ride up the hill is fun – because you’ll sit on a tractor!
You don’t need a ski pass for this sledging adventure until 22:00. On your marks, get set … and you’ll swoosh downhill screaming with laughter and having tons of fun!
By the way: Warm mulled wine or non-alcoholic punch awaits you behind the finish line of the sledging run.
Sledging in Schröcken
Every Wednesday evening from 17.15 to 19.00 , sledging enthusiasts get their money's worth on the two-kilometre floodlit run from Nesslegg to Heimboden. A bus comfortably takes you to the start of the sledging run. Great fun for little and grown-up winter fans!
Tip: Rental sledges are available at the start and finish.
Please note: Outside the times specified above, the use of the sledging run is not permitted because that’s when the run is open for skiing.
