Conditions of participation

Organizer of the competition is SKI ARLBERG WEST GMBH, Dorf 200, 6764 Lech am Arlberg. Eligible are all customers who are at least 18 years old, and have participated in our survey to improve the website skiarlberg.at from March 02 to March 23, 2023. 5 winners will be drawn, each of whom will receive two day passes to redeem in the winter season 2023 /24. The costs for claiming the prize, such as the associated travel to and from Arlberg, are not included in the prize.

The draw for the prizes will take place at the end of April - at random - via a lottery procedure. The draw will take place under exclusion of the public. The winners will then be notified by SKI ARLBERG WEST GMBH. A cash payment or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prizes are not transferable.

Employees of Ski Arlberg members are excluded from participation. The legal process is excluded.

The place of performance and jurisdiction arising from this contractual relationship is Lech, insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory statutory provisions. Disputes arising from this contractual relationship shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law (with the exception of the conflict of laws rules of private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods), insofar as this is permitted by mandatory law.
The Seller/Contractual Partner has not submitted to any alternative dispute resolution proceedings and does not participate in such proceedings.
